Exam Copy Request Form

• Exam copies are available only to college and university professors.
• The exam copy is free of charge, if the textbook is adopted, otherwise you will be invoiced for payment within 60 days if book is not returned.
• Only one complimentary exam copy will be available per course, and subsequent bookstore order.
  Instructors may purchase additional copies at a 20% courtesy discount.
• All exam copy requests are subject to approval.
