Domestic Ordering Information
Individual Orders
Individuals, please prepay your orders. A 10% shipping and handling charge is applied to all prepaid orders up to $250.00 and includes ground shipping. Prepaid orders over $250.00 receive free shipping and handling.
Check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or money orders in U.S. funds only, drawn on a U.S. bank.
Individuals ordering by mail must include payment (credit card number, expiration and holder’s name; check or money order).
Purchase orders from the website
Add items to your shopping cart, go to checkout, and print the list.
Submit your order on official purchase order form, or professional letterhead, signed by an administrative official.
Add 10% shipping and handling charge (minimum $5.00) on all billed orders. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add 15%.
California residents, please add appropriate sales tax unless exempt.

Phone orders are accepted only when the order can be billed to the caller’s credit card.
Shipping
All orders in the U.S. are shipped (FOB Novato) via ground carriers unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and processing.
An additional fee will be charged on all special shipping requests.
Expedited delivery is not available at this time.
International: Add either 30% of the total or $20.00 (whichever is greater) to cover additional shipping costs. We ship via Air Mail Insured.
International Ordering Information
Customers outside the United States are encouraged to contact one of our international distributors. If a distributor is not available in your area, you may place an order directly with Academic Therapy, however additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
Tests
Test sales are restricted to qualified professionals. Orders for tests must be placed on official institutional purchase order forms or professional letterhead. We adhere to the principles presented in the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing published by the AERA, APA, and NCME. Tests in this catalog are for use by those who have or are under the supervision of an individual who has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a closely-related field.
